Описание: A little video doc of my trip to the south of France as a guest soloist with the UNLV Wind Orchestra under the direction of Tom Leslie. We performed at a music festival in the south of France in the town of La Croix-Valmer. This was the final year of this festival which had been in existence for 35 years. Jorge Machine composed the Concerto for Jazz Quartet which featured Eric Marienthal (sax), Mitchel Forman (keys), Bernie Diesel (drums), and myself (Kevin Axt) on bass. The concert took place on June 29, 2025, but the majority of the video is just me and Mitch wandering around the French countryside checking things out! My uncle Dean gave me an Insta360 camera to start making videos of my travels as a musician and I'm using his gift to start documenting them! So enjoy us wandering aimlessly around (and a smattering of music at the end).
