We were at Cahors, a French mediaval city and we recorded the soundscape of the Lot river near a weir.
Loud sounds generated by the river flow, a floating boat, floating logs and other stuff moved by the flow.
In this video we take you with us for our underwater soundscape experiment, explaining you the equipment we used and how we prepared the hydrophone deployment. You also get a glimps of what it looks and sounds like in a river in a overflow context.
