Hi Everyone, in today's video we are going to be eating the Phet Pak Chong atemoya also known as the PPC Atemoya. This fruit on the outside is very smooth and bumpy. Color is light green when ripe, very similar to sugar apple in look but about 3x the size. The taste in comparison to a sugar apple is different. You can taste notes of cherimoya tropical flavor along with a very meaty and chewy texture - while at the same time sweet and juicy. I really like the PPC because it does taste like a bigger sugar apple that is chewier and a bit sweeter. I highly recommend everyone trying this fruit.
The Phet Pak Chong atemoya is part of the Annonaceae (Annona) family.
