Katherine Peterson's Readme.so helps developers like you and me with a template-based Readme editor. It's open source and therefore, extensible to your needs.

In this video, I explore the project and show how to run it virtual-locally with Gitpod. As always, it's a Next.js project, so Vercel is my deployment of choice.
