The Storyline : Boyka has returned. This time, he is competing with one knee in the first-ever inter-prison competition.

Boyka, a Russian prisoner, is currently very limited by the knee injury he sustained at the conclusion of Undisputed 2. He has deteriorated to the point where he is only useful for cleaning toilets, far from being the formidable prison fighter he once was. However, when a brand-new prison fight competition gets underway—an international event that pits the top fighters from jails worldwide against one another and offers the winner the chance to be freed—Boyka is forced to fight for his place in the competition and restore his honor.

Eight elite fighters—prisoners from the world's maximum security facilities—are assembled for a covert, survival-of-the-fiercest combat competition by a formidable underground gambling syndicate. Boyka will face the syndicate head-on despite the astronomical odds against him and bring the entire plan tumbling down around them.
