Alcohol Ink Art on Round NARA PAPER | Beautiful Blues and Purples

Описание: I created another Alcohol Ink painting on Nara Paper rounds this time.
This is a 6" inch round circle.
Nara Paper is a synthetic paper like Yupo and works wonderful with alcohol inks. I used 3 colours to create this design however you may use any number of colour. Nothing needs to be perfect, and if the ink moves around, you can add more or wipe it away and restart. I usually just add more ink or IPA than wipe, as sometimes the end result might surprise you. Have fun and enjoy :) Also! Less ink, the more, as it goes a long way and you can always add more alcohol inks later on!

A good way to practice too is to use a ceramic tile, or plastic card which can be wiped off if you just want to play around.

IPA - Isopropyl Alcohol
(I used 100% here, as I couldn't find less than 90%, so i recommend about 90-99% if you can find it)

ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Chrissy.
I am an alcohol ink artist from Australia. I love working with alcohol inks.
I studied art and design at school, which I loved, however never continued as my career, until now. I started working with Alcohol Inks last year, and since then I have fallen in love. Using different techniques and brands of inks, its all a bit of a self paced study, as once piece is always different to the next.
