A First Look At Q4OS 5.5

Описание: In This Video We Are Looking At The Q4OS development team has released version 5.5. A lightweight Debian GNU/Linux-based distribution that includes the Trinity or KDE Plasma desktop environment , with the aim of providing users with a classic-style user interface, simple plug-ins, and stable APIs for complex third-party applications such as Google Chrome, VirtualBox, and development tools. It is stated that the new version of Q4OS includes Debian Bookworm 12.6 updates, updated Debian stable 6.1.0-22 kernel and important security and bug fixes. This release is stated to bring several Q4OS-specific improvements, fixes, and a mass upgrade that covers all changes from the previous stable Aquarius release, while the Calamares installer finally gets a custom desktop profiles installer. A native Q4OS installer as well as the desktop profiler have also been enhanced with new features. Users can also choose one of the XFCE, LXQT, Cinnamon and LXDE desktop environments.
