Описание: Death touches every one of our lives. And yet, we never talk about it. It can be difficult to deal with loss when we have very little understanding of it. That kind of loss can be totally destabilizing, and finding our way out of grief can be challenging.

So, let's talk about it. Let's create a map of this grieving process so that we can navigate our way through. Let's shine some light on grief and loss so that we can find our way out of the darkness.

Recently, grief stuck my family. The call we got from the doctor was every family's worst nightmare. I had to juggle roles of caring for the sick, providing comfort for the family, all while personally mourning this tremendous loss. I hope the story I share in this YouTube video can help everyone out there find some strength and support in knowing they're not alone, that there is a way through grief, and that no one can ever truly be gone.
