Описание: Abu Habib al-Safi, a popular Shia cleric in Iraq with a large social media following, creates an effigy of the second Rashidun caliph and Companion of the Prophet Muhammed (SAW), Omar ibn al-Khattab (RA), and strikes it down with a sword, declaring that he was avenging the historically fabricated killing of Fatima bint Muhammed (RA), the Prophet's daughter and wife of the fourth Rashidun caliph Ali bin Abi Talib (RA). This divisive, sectarian display is designed to insult and humiliate Iraq's Sunni population, and routinely goes unpunished in Iraq, while a Sunni figure who mocks Shia beliefs is swiftly arrested, punished and often killed by Iraq's Shia security forces and pro-Iran Shia militias.
