Описание: In this cook, I smoked 5 racks of pork ribs, 3 BB and 2 Spares. I used the Weber Kettle, 2 stacked grate racks on top of the Cajun Bandit Rotisserie extension ring, along with the BBQ Guru controlling the heat and air flow. We used 2 different all purpose rubs from JP BBW and Joe's BBQ. Also used 2 different BBQ Sauces. On the BabyBack Ribs, I used the SWEET HEAT SAUCE Kansas City Classic, and on the 2 Spare Ribs we used BAILEY'S BBQ SAUCE Sweet Memphis. Both sauces were excellent and were liked by all. I set the GURU DIGIQ DX3 at 260 F and it cooked the ribs until it reach an internal of 198 F on the ribs. We let the ribs rest about 45 minutes before slicing. It was a successful cook.
