NYMTC will hold two virtual public review meetings on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, to present the draft Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and draft Transportation Conformity Determination to gather public commentary:
The New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC) has prepared a draft Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for federal fiscal years (FFYs) 2026-2030 as well as a draft Transportation Conformity Determination under the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. A thirty-day public comment period for both the draft FFYs 2026-2030 TIP and the draft Transportation Conformity Determination will begin on Monday, June 2, 2025, and end at 4 pm on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
