How to make baked macaroni & cheese!
Note: please cook the pasta al dente ( halfway through). The macaroni will continue to cook while in the oven.
Please season to your taste! 😉
Ingredients:
• 16oz elbow or Penne pasta ( I used 2 boxes)
• 2 cups of half & half or heavy cream
• 2 cups of whole milk
• Boar’s Head Smoked Gouda Cheese
• Sharp cheddar cheese
• Mild cheddar Cheese
• Mozzarella Cheese
• Chili Powder
• Parsley
• Sea Salt
• Black Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Butter
