It continues to explain the impact of equidistant formula, adopted by Myanmar, on the interest of Bangladesh. The lecture also makes a comparison between the geographic realities of Bangladesh and Germany in terms of concavity. In particular, it makes a reference to North Sea Continental Shelf Case (1969) where Germany, Netherlands and Denmark were the parties. The lecture explains the relevance of North Sea Continental Shelf Case for Bangladesh/Myanmar Case.
