Our anxious minds script the disaster, our trembling hands build its stage, our avoidant hearts open the curtain. We imagine ourselves as sentries guarding against danger, yet we're actually its unwitting accomplice, co-authoring the tragedy we're desperate to avoid. There's only one exit from this theater of dread — straight through the center aisle, past the seats filled with our terror, directly toward the thing that makes us want to run. Face to face with our inner fears, hand in hand with uncertainty, we discover a revelation: most fears dissolve like morning mist the moment we stop feeding them with our flight.
