Beating The Pauline Spirit Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Описание: This is by far one of the hardest Spirits fights. Not only does Pauline's Spirit sit on a very important intersection in the World of Light, but she is also EXTREMELY hard to beat.

At first glance, her total power count is on par with some endgame teams. That's the first sign something's just not right here. And it only gets worse. In addition to that, she has an entourage of giant Donkey Kong and Mario to help. Last but not least, she will avoid combat in a very large, jump centered stage... while YOU have limited jump power! While under a timer limit!

If you had only some of these variables by themselves, this wouldn't be so bad. Who cares if you have limited time if the main enemy you want to kill comes to you? That kind of thing. But to throw all of these preconditions, one on top of the other, and you are in for a hard time.

My just barely made it cheese strategy involved using Simon Belmont's long range Smash attacks to damage from a distance, and then use the first of two Final Smashes to bait the AI into following a predetermined route. The second Final Smash was used to rack up damage and send Peach flying upward. All of this culminated in a just barely there win.

You will definitely want a lightweight and a +jump support duo for Spirits. And I suggest Soma Cruz above all else, because he is one of the highest stat spirits in the game. In addition to the 2 slots you need for the secondaries I mentioned, he also gets Giant Killer, so you can dispatch DK without complication.

For winning this grueling battle, you are awarded Pauline's spirit. You can now heal when shielding and taking damage, which is useful. But most importantly you clear the way for one of the best intersections near the center of the World of Light if you are not doing this in the Spirit Board.

Seriously, I had to go full on postgame for this. It's nuts.


Before you ask, you get Soma's spirit by raising Dracula to level 99 and then upgrading. And you beat Dracula naturally as you progress around the mid to late game.
