What I do in a WEEK | BIRTHDAY VLOG

Описание: It was my birthday last week. Wow. I'm 27 now! It feels so weird typing it out. I don't know how to process it. Not gonna lie, a lot of recent years in my life has been a blur... I feel like my memory fails me a lot. After dropping out of school, I binge drank for a couple months but never sought out help for it. I feel like that really had a toll on my memory, like I chose to wipe the ugly parts out, and tbh my memory has never been the same after... Last year, I moved out, I quit my full time job at a salon to pursue what I loved, and here I am now.

Those are the words I remember, and the story I tell myself. But in between those stories are smaller but significant stories that I have forgotten. I hope this vlog can capture some of the simple times that often get overlooked. They are the ones that bring me so much joy, the small interactions, the gestures, and the laughs above it all... As I get older, I am starting to realize what it means to be human more and more? Haha

This honestly is the highlight reel of the week. And i know that, and i hope you know that. I suffered from extreme lower back pain due to poor posture and stress on the neck. I went to a chiropractor and was told to stretch more. That's why I couldn't really make any videos. So I took some time off, and I realized I was anxious... all the time! I don't know how to have fun anymore, I don't know how to just enjoy myself without thinking about work and whats next. That scares me but i'm actively trying to accept it and deal with it. If you have any ideas or have been through the same thing let me know.

I want to say thank you all for the sweet messages and dms about how my work and my presence has changed your life. I'm really thankful because sometimes it's really hard to be strong, really hard to 'inspire' when you yourself need the lifting. Thats what you are to me, your kind words and loving spirit. Words have such weight and i feel it through my tiny iphone screen. I know you guys want me to be happy. I want you to be happy.
