Bodor BCL1309X 1300x900 Laser Cutter Upgrades finished.

The laser cutter upgrades. It now has automatic air assist with manual option, upgraded controller, rotary connection inside the cutting area, an analog laser current meter, & a switch to change between the rotary devices and the Y axis.
It will switch the compressor on as needed instead of running anytime the laser cutter power switch is on. During cut operations it will give full flow (adjustable at the nozzle). During engraving it will switch through the adjustable flow so you can dial the air flow down to what you want during engraving operations. This is selectable in the software and becomes part of the cut job rather than just being on full all the time. Flipping the rocker switch to manual on the top of the machine will turn on the solenoid and the air pump to allow full flow anytime you want. You can then dial this down at the nozzle if you want.
A convenient port has been added inside the cutting area to quickly connect the rotary devices. Originally you had to disconnect the Y axis inside the electric panel and run the wire through the machine to it. This disabled Y movement until you hooked the wires back in again. Now you can just connect up the rotary device and flip the switch. You can also toggle the switch back to control the Y axis at any time.
