The financial firm Raymond James was agreeing to a $145.5 million settlement for their role in the EB-5 project in the northeast kingdom. That's on top of its $4.5 million settlement they reached with the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation last June. The total amount of money returning to Vermont: $150 million.
