Most of the info provided was taken from the wiki, especially the dates and year naming conventions, linked below. Lots of the art is from the cover arts or the images from each character's respective wiki. Some of the characters from the past we have less information on, so some of the deaths had to be roughly estimated based on my own reading, other forums and a bit of guessing (Volestar, Houndstar and Tallstar, etc)
