In last week’s video I showed you a hidden street in Alpharetta called Thompson street. One of the developments I showed you was the Foundry by John Wieland Homes. Well, I got access to their townhome model home and I have to say, it’s incredible!

Oh, and I just want to point out that this home has an elevator, which is a nice touch.

There are 113 homes in the Foundry community which comprises 88 townhomes and 25 single family homes.

The only thing is, there are only 3 townhomes left including this one - which is the model home.

The asking price for the townhomes range between 1.1 million and 1.25 million - which isn’t bad because not 50 yards away on the other side of Thompson street you can buy a shack built in the 40’s and the lot it sits on for 1.9 million.

The big draw for this community and the number one reason to live here is location. The location gives you access to Avalon, downtown Alpharetta, parks and recreation and more and it’s all within walking distance.

In fact, there are over 100 restaurants within walking distance.

This home and this community is perfect for you if you want city living in the suburbs. You are close to so much shopping, eating, and entertainment, you would have a hard time ever being bored. Plus, there is a Publix about a half mile away and a Whole Foods across the street so picking up a quick bite to eat or something to cook is easy.
