• The purpose is to remove loose materials, debris, or slurry from the bottom of the borehole, ensuring a clean surface for proper concrete bonding.
Why the Material is Coming Out:
• A tremie pipe or flushing pipe is used to force clean water or air down the hole.
• This displaces the dirty slurry, mud, or debris, which is forced out of the hole as shown in the image.
• The black color could be due to the mixture of slurry, mud, and fine particles.
