This time I talk a bit more about tools and show a technique for deeply cutting a letter with just chopping strokes - no chasing.

Order 'hammer head' lettering chisels for stone. That means the head of the chisel is plain - the other sort are called 'mallet head' and the head of the chisel has a bulge.

Tiranti make good iron dummies, the medium size is good for most things, 1.5lbs or around 650g.
