While visiting Liverpool to attend an appointment, after id finished visiting Liverpool I decided to tick off a run on-board one of the new class 777's which are at present only running on the route between Kirkby and Liverpool Central. It's not yet known when they are due to be launched onto the whole of the Merseyrail system but it needs to be sooner rather than later as the 507's and 508's are getting on age wise.
Here we are on-board 777049 as it departs from Liverpool Central and makes it's way through the underground tunnel heading to Moorfields.
