Hey folks, this is my long awaited first air still film in which I will be making Christmas themed schnapps from a tomato paste wash. In the film I go through the full porocess in detail of how to make a schnapps from raw ingredients.

I begin by making a tomato paste wash and fermenting it. After fermentation the wash is then double distilled. I go through how to remove the heads and tails and then keep the hearts.

I take you through the stripping run followed by the spirit run, conditioning the spirit and then flavouring it. I make a christmas mulled spice flavoured spirit, after which I dissolve some Murray Mints in some of the spirit to make a two tiered snowball minty toffee mulled spirit.

These spirits were a huge success and I can't wait to make more.
