How to share a public link of a Job posted on IIMJobs?
Problem -
While talking to recruiters, when I ask for share the public link of the job posted. I used to get links that require a login :(
Well, If your candidate/team sees a "404" or a "Recruiter Login" page, you have already lost them. I am sharing steps on how to share Public Link of a Job in an easy way -
Steps -
1) Go to dashboard: Log in and stay on your main home page.
2) Top Right Corner: Click your profile icon - yeah, that little circle in the corner.
3) View Public Profile: Click "View Public Profile." This shows you exactly what the world sees.
4) Find Your Job: Look through your posted jobs and click on the one you want to share.
5) Grab that URL: Copy the link in your browser’s address bar.
Done. That link is public, clean, and ready for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or wherever you want to post/share.
Why this works:
Most people just copy the link from their recruiter dashboard. Big mistake. That link starts with recruit.iimjobs.com and it’s locked behind a password. The method above gives you the iimjobs.com/j/ link the one that actually opens for everyone.
