0 – 6 Months
Tulle: 7 yds
Length: 12"
Waist: 14.5"

9 – 12 Months
Tulle: 8 yds
Length: 14"
Waist: 17"

18 m – 2T
Tulle: 9 yds
Length: 16"
Waist: 18"

3T – 4T
Tulle: 10 yds
Length: 18"
Waist: 19"

5 - 7
Tulle: 11 - 12 yds

8 - 10
Tulle: 13 yds

Biggers sizes:
From these measurements you can estimate what you would need. Increase 1 yd per size in tulle. You may want to measure the person you are making it for to get waist measurements and length. Waist measurement is for unstretched elastic
