Kali is seen as the divine mother, or the mother of the universe. She represents destroying all evil and obstacles that are in our path that stop us from being our best Self.

Channel her fierce and feminine energy through the use of her Mudra in today's class. Interlace your fingers together, and point your first fingers. Place your left thumb over your right.
