Ingredients:
• King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian sweet rolls
• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
• 9 slices of American cheese
• 2 onions diced
• 2 tablespoons salt pepper garlic seasoning
• Baconnaise: 1 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 cup crispy diced bacon.
Instructions:
1. Slice rolls in half length wise and set aside.
3. Sauté diced onions on the grill, season with 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper, garlic seasoning and cook until softened.
2. Form nine, two ounce meatballs and smash onto a hot griddle and add remaining seasoning. Flip the patty and add cheese, then finish cooking.
4. Make baconnaise by mixing together all the ingredients then spread onto bottom of rolls, followed by shredded lettuce smashed patty with cheese, more baconnaise and onions. Place on the top bun and serve.
