Our well-trained team was involved in the design, documentation to obtain council approval, construction documentation, and interior selections.
This site was very challenging due to the slope, orientation, restrictions, easements, and council zoning. We are elated that the design strategy convinced the council and approval was granted in 6 months.
To provide a boutique-style resort atmosphere and to capture uninterrupted views of bushland and the creek, we changed the orientation of the house and claimed maximum floor space area while fulfilling client space requirements.
This 5 bedroom masterpiece has high ceilings above the seamless floor plan.
The stunning six skylights were strategically placed throughout the house inviting natural sunlight to the house.
The kitchen is the heart of the home and has an expansive butler’s pantry.
With seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity, you can entertain visitors throughout the year.
