'Tracks in Time' is a documentary produced in 2000 by KOIN 6 News in Portland, Oregon in partnership with the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation and its affiliates. The film showcases Portland's vibrant railroading history and the major role that steam locomotives played in the development of the Northwest. The film also features brief segments on the SP 4449 and SP&S 700 in modern day excursion operation.
While this video is no longer produced, it does have some very pleasant and interesting stories to tell.
I apologize for the audio quality towards the beginning; it does clear up eventually. Old VHS tapes...what are ya gonna do, right?
