The video demonstrates a progressive and regressive angular isometric exercise to enhance knee extension.
Progressive Angular Isometric Loading (PAILs) – Keeping the knee straight, apply pressure into the ground using the lead leg calcaneus and calf.
Regressive Angular Isometric Loading (RAILs) – Hip flexion approximating the torso to the lead leg thigh
Pre-requisite: If when performing the Number-4 pain is felt in the popliteal fossa of the lead leg do not continue.
Perform the alternate Hip Multi-Joint Standing Hamstring Stretch until flexibility is improved
