Yesterday we reached Riksal, Pauri Garhwal, and till late in the night sat around the bonfire and chatted with the family. Chacha ji promised to take us on a village tour next day before we went to sleep.

Next morning, we woke up a little late and by the time we came out of the room it was already close to 8:30 am. Chacha ji was ready and all set to take us on the tour. We quickly got ready, had our breakfast and started on our way to the village.
We started the sightseeing with the Pandava Temple. This is the temple where famous Daali Mela is held every year in August. After staying there for a while we made our way through the beautiful old houses down the walkway.
Everybody was very welcoming and invited us for a chat and a tea. We stopped from house to house, greeting the family members and exchanging pleasantries.
Eventually we reached the village school and the Basudhar shivalik temple. We spent some time taking pictures with the children in the school and visited the temple as well.
Finally around 3:30 pm in the afternoon, we finally reached back home, had our lunch and rested for a little while. We spent the evening, repacking our luggage and sitting and spending time with the family as we were to make a move back to Delhi early next morning.
