Poor TRIPOD POSITIONING is a big contributor to issues such as:
1. HEEL PAIN
2. FOREFOOT PAIN
3. PELVIC/KNEE ROTATION during LIFTS 🏋️♂️
3. LOWER BACK PAIN
4. HAMSTRING STRAINS
5. & A LOT MORE

Why? Body weight distribution across 2 out of 3 tripod points can increase peak forces into areas that aren't designed to load said forces (whilst standing).

EG: Too much body weight directed into the heel whilst standing can create angry fat pads & calcaneal "sensitivity". Whilst too much in the metatarsal heads (balls of feet) may lead to bursitis, plantar plate tears ect.

Rolling through the tripod position to emphasise big toe take off (during gait) helps glute max contract, less hike through the anterior (front) hip & excessive calf contraction.
