How to fix 2016 Honda Civic Rough idle (fixed) my car developed a rough idle with constant rpms. the dealer didn't even look at the car before telling me it needed a efi service! what a scam! so i brought the car back home and cleaned the throttle body. just for good measure i poured some fuel system cleaner in the tank...

Update: after driving 235 miles, my rough idle has cleared up.
