This fall in Vancouver, I prepared for a busy month of racing that included four races — and my first-ever Hat-Trick, running a half marathon, 10K, and 5K all in one day. This vlog shares what training looked like, how race day unfolded, and what I learned about pacing, limits, and simply getting through it. Somewhere along the way, I somehow ended up signing up for another race.
