I start the day by cooking a delicious and easy dinner: oven-baked BBQ style chicken and potatoes. It’s one of my favorite comfort meals because it’s simple to prepare, smells amazing while it’s baking, and tastes like it just came from a grill, even though it’s made in the oven. I share parts of the cooking process and how I like to prepare everything for a cozy homemade meal.
