I am absolutely proud to be a Singaporean! This "Singapore Story" Sand Art film is something very special to me and my heartfelt tribute to my beautiful country Singapore! Most importantly, this sand art film was inspired by my grandmother, after an outing with her to look at some nostalgic memories of Singapore in the past.

Believe me, her words and presence alone made me felt as if I have traveled back in time during our outing. That's when I have finally decided to create a sand art film tribute to Singapore to showcase my country's legend, history, pain, determination and love; together with famous local landmarks and the multiracial aspect of my country which is something that I am extremely proud of! People of different races and religions living harmoniously together. And this is something that I should never take for granted!

I would also like to sincerely urge you all, to take some time to listen to some of the valuable stories of our older generation! Because who knows? You might be finding a "treasure" real soon. And to me, those treasures are none other than the beautiful moments with my grandmother. Wishing you a Happy National Day!
