We took a wild idea and made it real: a tractor tire as the rear wheel of a motorcycle. In this build we machine an adapter, align chain & sprocket, tweak brake cable, check ground clearance—then go for the first start and a muddy traction test. Does it actually move? Can it steer? Let’s find out.

This is an experimental off-road build. Don’t replicate without proper tools, protective gear, and a safe test area. Not street-legal.
