In this video I will ask you to close your eyes down and then give you instructions to help you sleep! The the instructions feature light triggers, guessing and detection tasks, tapping, pencil sounds, candle sounds, guided breathing, layered sounds, sensory and body awareness scan, mic brushing, spray sounds and up close ear to ear whispers.

This video is almost an hour long, great for those who can’t sleep! At the end there is a guided visualisation for those who experience bad dreams. It’s a lucid dream prompt to help you become aware that you are dreaming when you are dreaming so that you can change it into something better! I really hope it helps, you’re not alone 🩵
