I moved to the greater New York City area from Pennsylvania in 2008 to pursue an acting career. I also became very passionate and interested in REAL ESTATE! in 2008 I moved to 47th Street and Boulevard East in Weehawken, NJ "Up the Hill" from this Waterfront Area.

Upon Arriving and knowing that I needed another way to make income rather than relying on the acting jobs to come flowing in - I immediately obtained my real estate license and started working rentals and sales in the area.

I worked at a small mom and pop shop in Hoboken for years before opening my own office Prestige Properties. I obtained my broker's license and opened up in 2012 and the rest has been history. Since then, we have grown substantially and are primarily focused on the Hoboken, Jersey City, and Weehawken/West New York areas - especially along the waterfront. I personally live here as well now in the West New York Waterfront area.

With the amount of development happening in the area and the new buildings going up, it is only a matter of time in my opinion before this area sees a HUGE upswing. Jersey City Downtown and Hoboken have already seen major appreciation. The huge advantage there is the PATH trains to NYC. However, the location and proximity of West New York and Weehawken to NYC is incredible.

I believe with all the Mack-Cali Roseland Residential Rental buildings, the new construction of 9 on the Hudson (my favorite building on the waterfront) and the new commercial spaces, resturaunts, Mariott Envue hotel, and the future Toll Bros building this area is going to continue to boom for years to come.

With the construction of Hudson Yards right across the river coming to completion and bringing companies such as Facebook, Amazon, and Google leasing spaces there - the access to the Ferry (8 min ride to Manhattan) makes this an unbeatable commute for many people working in that location.
