Quick review and comparison of the Swiss M71 Helmet compared to the Swiss M18 helmet, the M71 or M1971 replaced the M1918 helmet after 50 odd years of service, it's actually a very similar design just without the helmet flaring away from the head, both were made from very good steel but the liners are very mediocre.
Overall a good steel pot helmet if you can find one in your size cheaply.
