Ingredients 🍪
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 cup asemi sweet chocolate chips (I used couverture & compound mix)

In a large bowl beat together the butter and sugars till smooth
Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix till well combined
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix till just combined. Do not over mix
Make 100 g balls of the cookie dough and freeze for at least 3 hours but preferably overnight
Bake at 200C for 10 to 12 minutes. Let them cool completely on the pan before transferring. The cookies will still be soft but will continue cooking on the pan

1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (I used couverture & compound mix)
