🧭 Step-by-Step Workflow
1. Sign in to Intune Admin Center
Go to Microsoft Intune Admin Center

2. Navigate to Apps
Select Apps from the left-hand menu.

Click All Apps + Create.

3. Choose App Type
In the Select app type pane:

Choose Microsoft Store app (Legacy).

Click Select.

4. Configure App Information
Click Select app.

Search for the app by name (e.g., “Microsoft To Do”).

Select the app from the results.

5. Fill in App Details
Review and edit fields like:

Name

Description

Publisher

Category

Logo (optional)

6. Assign the App
Under Assignments, choose:

Required: Automatically installs for usersand devices.

Available for enrolled devices: Users can install from Company Portal.

Uninstall: Removes the app from targeted devices.
