Israel Blasts Hezbollah Commander in First Strike on Beirut Since Truce

Описание: Israel struck Beirut's southern suburbs on Wednesday for the first time since a ceasefire between Israel and the Hezbollah militant group was announced on April 17.
The last strikes in Beirut were before that, on April 8, when a series of massive Israeli strikes, including in central Beirut, killed more than 350 people.
A statement released by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office said strike on May 6, which came without warning, targeted a commander in Hezbollah’s Radwan Force.
