In 2011 and 2012, Lola went from being in an unhappy marriage and working a corporate job that she despised to building a successful freelance design business and meeting the love of her life. Lola is now the founder of her life coaching business, Moon + Manifest, where she is helping her clients to break through their upper limits and rewrite their future. Throughout this episode, Lola talks about her empathology course, how we can use our nervous system to understand ourselves deeper, and how she took the leaps to change her life.
