This video (and hopefully more to come) is attempting to highlight the tireless work behind these enchanting moments in the Butterfly House.
Dr. Chris Barnhart, professor emeritus at Missouri State University together with his wife Deb Barnhart are collecting & raising caterpillars and butterflies throughout the year to ensure that the butterfly house has butterflies and moths!
A large group of volunteers trained by Chris and Deb, welcome the public during the hours of operation sharing knowledge on basic environmental food web concepts to young and old alike.
