Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 corn cut into 4pcs.
4pcs dry fish stomach(fish maw)
4pcs small sea cucumber
4pcs big scaloop or clamps
4 slice ginger
ricewine
salt to taste
Methods:
1.Remove the skin of the chicken,clean dirty blood inside the stomach ,use salt to remove the sticky fats and wash,use kitchen paper to dry the skinless chicken.
2.Boil water in a big pot
3.Heat up pan put ginger add the chicken,sea cucumber,clamps /scallop,fish maw ,add rice wine and stir well ..r
4.In a big pot if the water is ready all ingredients can put it in and boil for 1 hr till the chicken meat become tender .
5.Add salt to taste and off the fire.ready to served,
