Описание: Employees of Weir minerals Linatex Rubber Product Malaysia dissatisfaction against HR Director of the company, who is discriminating and maltreat the employees and misuse his position as a HR director by transferring senior staff into other departments although there is a term called LIFO ' Last In First Out' which means a person who lately join as a new staff should transfer to the other department only if needed because they have the least or minimum experience. However the HR director simply transferring well experienced and senior staff into other department. Again we respect the HR director and approached him to ask for justification of his decision to do so. But arrogantly they avoid to meet the employees to give relevant reason and showing his egoism by saying it's MY WISH AND MY RIGHTS!!! HR Director also BLAMED WEIR AUSTRALIA and WEIR TOP MANAGEMENT that they are the one ordered and PRESSURED HR Director to do so. Well the employees still standing up for their rights and approach HR Director in a polite way, but the HR Director showing his power by jeopardising the employees by suspend them for 2 weeks. Is this a real purpose of HR in WEIR GROUP organisation???!!! Is there will be NO freedom of speech to employees??? Let's see the employees dracstic ACTION!!!
