It's a been a rocky road, but through persistence & patience I've managed to turn this into a lifestyle and not just another fleeting attempt.
It occurred to me while editing this that I keep saying my goal is to lose 50 pounds... when it's really 51 pounds. Just ignore my bad math 😉. Also I've been at this so long I honestly don't remember why I decided to aim for 177 pounds when 178 is actually my threshold for a healthy BMI. Maybe I should just start saying 50ish pounds!
Starting weight: 228 lbs
Current weight: 186 lbs
Goal weight: 177 lbs
