We take a POV ride on 2x Kone escalators ( RTV-HD-99S ) from 2001, at the Meudon Val Fleury station on the RER line C of the Paris Metro Network. We also watch a double deck train depart and get a view of the platforms and bridge. Because they’re good, I rode each one twice…

** I visited this station by chance on the way back into Paris City centre from seeing the lovely palace of Versailles (it’s on the same line) - if you buy a zone 1-5 metro ticket, it’s included! Noticing what escalators this station had, I couldn’t go by without making a video…
There were a few other stations on this line with good escalators - (some Kone, some Schindler and some ThyssenKrupp) I filmed a few. However a number were broken and also the time between trains is quite long, and my time was limited. Metro lines themselves are much more frequent for trains…
In French, 🇫🇷 the name for escalator is escaliers mecaniques
